• 本券只適用於中環專科體檢中心及中環專科醫學美容中心。
• This voucher shall only be used in The Central Health Center Limited and Kairos Skin Limited.
• 每消費$1000便可用一張$100現金劵。
• For every $1,000 spent, $100 cash voucher can be redeemed.
• 本券只限會員及伴同之親友使用。
• This coupon is only for members and accompanying relatives orfriends.
• 每券只限使用一次。
• This coupon can only be used once.
• 本券不得轉售、不可作退款或兌換現金。
• This voucher shall not be used for resale, refund nor redeem for cash.
• 本券只限於有效期內使用，逾期作廢。
• This voucher is valid on or before the expiry date and shall be void upon its expired.
• 客人必須於付款前向職員出示本券正本，影印本或電子圖像恕不接受。
• This voucher shall only be used once. Client must present this voucher to the cashier before payment. Photocopies or digital image of voucher will not be accepted.
• 本券如有遺失、損毀、遭塗改或模糊不清，即告無效，亦不會獲補發。
• This voucher shall not be re-Issued and or shall become invalid If lost, damaged or defaced.
• 如有任何爭議，中環專科體檢中心有限公司將保留最終決定權。
• In case of any disputes, The Central Health Centre Limited reserves the right of final decision.
